By signing up for membership with Winners Circle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership:
Winners Circle offers two membership tiers: Bronze, which is free, and Silver, which is $15.00 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Each tier grants access to varying levels of services, benefits, and community engagement.
Eligibility:
You must be 18 years of age or older to hold a membership. Our prize promotions — including the monthly leaderboard payouts and the vacation giveaway — are open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Members outside the United States may join and play, but are not eligible to win prizes or receive payouts.
Fair play and account termination:
Tampering with the site or the games, automated or scripted play, holding more than one account, manipulating leaderboard standings, or generating referrals through fraudulent, self-referred or arranged sign-ups is a breach of these terms. Referral farming — recruiting people to take out a paid membership and cancel it shortly afterwards in order to build referral credit, points or Winner Coins — is prohibited. Winners Circle may suspend or permanently terminate any account found doing this, and a terminated member forfeits all points, Winner Coins and Play Coins on the account together with any prize or claim to a prize.
Contests and Prizes:
Members may participate in contests at their own discretion and stand a chance to win prizes. All contests are governed by the specific rules published for each contest, including our Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Cancellation:
Members have the freedom to cancel their accounts at any time by submitting a written notice or entered manually through your profile . No refunds will be issued for partial months.. Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled effortlessly. To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to your dashboard, access Account Settings on the left-hand side, and proceed to cancel or modify your subscription.
Services and Support:
Upon signing up, members are entitled to receive the services and support listed on their individual membership tier. Winners Circle is committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members.
Data Deletion:
In accordance with our commitment to privacy, members can request the deletion of their data at any time. Simply contact our support team for assistance at info@play.winnerscirclecash.com.
Changes to Terms:
Winners Circle reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through our website.
This subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in writing or canceled manually through your profile at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another individual.
The Arcade reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription for misuse, violation of rules, or inappropriate behavior on the premises.
