FAQ & Site Guide

An arcade and community where taking part earns you rewards. Where you place each month on our Premium Games feeds the Monthly Leaderboard, which pays out in Winner Coins — and Winner Coins can be converted to cash. You can also enter free giveaways, show your work at monthly art shows, and get everyday discounts through your membership.

Head to the Sign-Up page and create your account. Bronze membership is free — you can start playing free games and entering giveaways straight away.

Bronze — Free. Free giveaways and free arcade games.

Silver — $15 a month. Everything in Bronze plus our Premium Games, which are the games that count towards the Monthly Leaderboard and its prizes, plus art show participation, and discounts at restaurants, spas, concerts and more.

Play Coins open a game for a play session. Silver members pay half the Bronze rate.

Buying coins does not improve your odds in any contest — coins buy playing time only. Silver membership is $15.00 a month and renews monthly until you cancel.

The community feed — your home base. Members post wins, photos and updates, and you can post your own from the box at the top. It is the first item in the left sidebar.

Two menus at the top of the page:

• Open Play — Free Games, Weekly Puzzles, Daily Spin Wheel (Silver members only) and Sweepstakes.
• Premium Games — the Monthly Leaderboard plus Pac-Man, Fruit Matching, Gummy Blocks, Snake Attack, Tap the Rat, Wheel of Fortune Quiz and WC Trivia.

Our livestream area, where giveaways and prize draws are broadcast. Find it in the left sidebar under The Circle.

It is your main navigation, grouped into sections:

• The Circle — the feed, WC Live!, Art Show, Members
• Personal — your Profile, Winner Coins balance, and Timeline
• Affiliates — the Affiliate Area
• Quick Links — Account (click to expand VIP Perks, Announcements and Terms of Service) and Buy Play Coins

Members in the left sidebar lists everyone in the community. You can follow people, send messages and view profiles from there.

Free Games and Weekly Puzzles under Open Play are free to every member, Bronze included. The Free Games page notes these are for free play, with no rewards given. The Daily Spin Wheel is also free to play, but it is a Silver members only perk.

Silver members only. Silver members get one free spin every day, and the spin never costs Play Coins. Prizes are paid in Play Coins, and your spin resets at midnight. Bronze members see an upgrade prompt on the page instead of the wheel.

The games under Premium Games. Where you place on those games each month feeds the Monthly Leaderboard, and the leaderboard pays out in Winner Coins. Silver membership unlocks them. Open Play games are for entertainment only and never count towards the leaderboard.

Play the games that award points and post a high score. Your points accumulate through the month, and the top point earners share the monthly prize pool.

Try refreshing the page first. Some arcade titles ask you to install a browser extension before they run, and some need a desktop browser rather than a phone. If it still will not start, contact us and say which game and which device you are using.

There are three separate balances on your account:

• Points — what you earn from playing; these rank you on the Monthly Leaderboard.
• Play Coins — what you spend to get into the premium games. One coin opens a game for a play session rather than for a single round: 10 minutes on Pac-Man, 5 minutes on the quick arcade games. You can buy more with the Buy Coins Now button.
• Winner Coins — what you have won.

Winner Coins can be converted to cash, and can also be redeemed for other prizes on the site.

Use the Buy Coins Now button on The Circle, or Buy Play Coins at the bottom of the sidebar. Checkout is handled through PayPal.

Click your name at the top right and open Balance, or use Winner Coins in the sidebar. Each balance has its own history page showing every transaction.

Point awarding is paused site-wide at the moment. Purchases still credit normally. It will resume — watch Announcements.

Play, earn points, get paid. The board tracks point earners across the month and the top 25 share a monthly prize pool of 960. Payout happens at the start of the following month.

The board runs on a calendar month and pays out on the 1st. The leaderboard page shows a live countdown to the next payout.

Open Premium Games → Monthly Leaderboard. It shows the champions podium, the full standings, and a Points Breakdown tab explaining how points are scored.

Sign up and you are in — free giveaways are included with Bronze membership at no cost. Winners are announced on WC Live! and in the feed.

Giveaways run at least once a week, with a typical prize of $5. There is nothing to enter separately — any member with a membership in good standing is eligible, Bronze included.

A separate prize game found under Open Play → Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes and raffles are free to enter for every member, Bronze and Silver alike — no purchase and no paid membership is required to enter or win. Draws run weekly and are broadcast live on WC Live!

The vacation promotion starts 1 October 2026. There are two ways to qualify, and you only need one:

• Competition — finish 1st on the monthly leaderboard in ten separate calendar months. They do not have to be consecutive.
• Referral — refer 100 paid Silver memberships through the affiliate program.

Bronze is free and Bronze members compete on the same leaderboard, so no purchase is necessary. Full terms, including the prize, eligibility and claiming, are in the Official Rules.

Tampering with the games, automated or scripted play, holding multiple accounts, or manipulating the leaderboard will get you disqualified.

Referral farming carries a permanent ban. Recruiting people to take out a paid Silver membership and cancel shortly afterwards — paying for it, reimbursing them, or arranging it between you — in order to build referral credit, points, Winner Coins or a claim to a prize is a serious violation. A member caught doing this is permanently banned and forfeits every point, Winner Coin and Play Coin on the account, along with any prize or claim to one.

A genuine referral who later cancels on their own still counts.

Winners are posted in the community feed and announced on WC Live!, and you will be contacted directly about claiming your prize.

Winners are notified both on the site and by email.

Members submit their own artwork, the community votes, and winners take home real cash. Art show participation is included with Silver membership.

Entries are open from the 1st to the 21st of each month, and you may enter one piece per member.

Voting runs from the 22nd until the end of the month, once every piece is in, so nobody votes before they have seen them all. Every member gets one vote.

Discounts on everyday things — restaurants, spas, concerts and more — so your membership keeps paying off away from the arcade. Find them under VIP Perks in the top menu, or under Account in the sidebar.

Discounts are listed as a Silver membership benefit.

Bronze members do not have perks access. Perks are a Silver benefit.

Show your membership at the venue to redeem the discount.

Click your name at the top right, then Profile → Edit. You can change your profile photo and cover photo from the same menu.

Your name at top right, then Account → Login Information.

Under Account you will find Notification Preferences, Privacy, Blocked Members and Export Data.

To cancel, email us at info@play.winnerscirclecash.com from the address on your account, or call +1 (904) 738-6562. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Cancelling stops all future payments. Your Silver access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for — you keep what you paid for. After that your account moves to free Bronze: you keep Bronze access, you lose VIP Perks and the extra Silver coins, and any coins already in your account stay yours.

Where you get a referral link and track sign-ups you bring in. Find it under Affiliates in the left sidebar.

You earn $5 for every person who signs up on a paid Silver membership through your link. Free Bronze sign-ups earn nothing, and a later upgrade does not count. The referral cookie lasts 30 days.

Winner Coins are your winnings. They can be converted to cash. Past prizes have also gone out as Visa eGift cards and gift cards delivered by email, as seen in the winners posts on our homepage.

More ways to spend Winner Coins are coming soon — we are adding other uses inside the Circle so you can put them towards more than a cash-out.

Prizes worth $600 or more in a calendar year are reported to the IRS. We will need a completed W-9 from you before a payout is released, and you will be issued a 1099-MISC.

Payment is issued immediately once the win is confirmed and any required tax paperwork is complete.

Yes, once your winnings reach the reporting threshold. Prizes totalling $600 or more in a calendar year are reported to the IRS. You will need to give us a completed IRS Form W-9 before a payout is released, and we will issue you a 1099-MISC. Any tax owed on winnings is yours to pay.

You must be 18 or over. Our prize promotions — the monthly leaderboard payouts and the vacation giveaway — are open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Full terms are in our Official Rules.

Members outside the United States are welcome to join and play, but are not eligible to win prizes or receive payouts.
