1. Promotion period
This is an ongoing promotion with no fixed end date. It begins on the start date announced by the Sponsor at play.winnerscirclecash.com and continues until the Sponsor announces its conclusion. Qualifying activity completed before that announced start date does not count toward this promotion. Because qualification depends on a member reaching a milestone rather than on a drawing held on a set date, there is no announced draw date.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend or end this promotion at any time by posting notice on this site. Any qualification already completed at the time of that notice will be honoured.
2. Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who hold an active Winner’s Circle membership in good standing.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to qualify
You qualify by completing either of the following. Progress cannot be combined across the two routes.
Route A — Competition
Finish in first place on the monthly leaderboard in ten (10) separate calendar months. The months do not need to be consecutive. Only months falling inside the promotion period count. Placement is determined by the standings published on the site at the close of each calendar month.
Route B — Referral
Refer one hundred (100) paid Silver memberships through the affiliate program. A referral counts once that member’s first Silver payment has been successfully processed and has not been refunded or charged back. A referral still counts if that member later cancels of their own accord, provided their first payment stands and has not been refunded or charged back.
How leaderboard points are earned. Finishing in the top five of a Premium game in a calendar month earns 25 points for first place, 20 for second, 15 for third, 10 for fourth and 5 for fifth. This is awarded separately for every Premium game, so a member can place on more than one in the same month.
Logging in earns 1 point per day for Silver members, and 1 point per day up to a maximum of 3 per week for Bronze members. A small number of site forms award points once.
Open Play games are for entertainment only. They award no points and no Winner Coins, and they never count towards this promotion.
4. The prize
One vacation prize: a three to four night cruise for two people departing from a Florida port, in an inside cabin, on a cruise line and sailing date selected by the Sponsor.
Approximate retail value: up to $1,500.00 USD.
This figure is an estimate. It is based on published fares for three to four night Bahamas sailings departing Florida ports, for two people in an inside cabin, booked roughly six months in advance. Cruise pricing moves constantly with the ship, the departure port, the season and how far ahead the booking is made, and holiday and school break sailings cost substantially more. The actual value awarded may be higher or lower than this estimate, and in most cases will be lower. The Sponsor does not guarantee any particular fare, ship, itinerary or departure port beyond what is described here. No difference between actual and stated value will be paid or credited.
Included: cruise fare for two in an inside cabin, plus taxes and port fees. A rental car may also be included depending on the vacation package selected by the Sponsor — a rental car is not guaranteed.
Not included, and your responsibility:
- Travel to and from the departure port
- Gratuities, typically $20–$25 per person per day
- Meals and drinks not included in the cruise fare, shore excursions, Wi-Fi, spa, casino and onboard purchases
- Travel insurance
- Passports, visas and travel documents. A valid passport or other accepted travel document is required for the sailing, and obtaining it is your responsibility.
The prize goes to one member, who may bring one guest. The winner chooses their own travelling companion, and the guest may be under 18. Where the guest is a minor, the winner must be that minor’s parent or legal guardian, or must hold the written consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and is solely responsible for that minor’s supervision, consents and travel documents. The guest must travel on the same itinerary. The prize is not transferable and may not be sold or auctioned. There is no cash alternative, though the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Notification and claiming
The Sponsor will contact you by the email address on your account within seven (7) days of confirming that you have met the criteria above. That message explains the next steps, the documents required, and how travel dates will be arranged.
You must respond within fourteen (14) days. A member who cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or declines the prize forfeits it, and the Sponsor may award it to the next qualifying member.
Before the prize is issued you must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where legally permitted a publicity release, within fourteen (14) days.
Travel dates are arranged between you and the Sponsor after you qualify. The sailing is subject to availability and blackout dates, and you should expect to book roughly six months ahead of travel. The travel deadline is set when the vacation package is confirmed. The Sponsor will state the date by which travel must be completed in the written prize confirmation sent to the winner, together with the cruise line, the itinerary and any blackout dates. Travel not completed by that date is forfeited.
6. Taxes
The Sponsor books the vacation and pays for the package itself. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are your responsibility, along with the out-of-pocket items listed in section 4.
Because the value of this prize exceeds $600, the Sponsor is required to report it to the IRS. You must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is released, and you will be issued a Form 1099-MISC for the prize’s fair market value. A winner who does not provide a completed W-9 forfeits the prize.
7. General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any member who tampers with the operation of the site or the games, uses automated or scripted play, holds multiple accounts, manipulates leaderboard standings, or generates referrals through fraudulent, incentivised or self-referred sign-ups. Referrals that are refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent do not count.
Referral farming is prohibited and carries a permanent ban. Recruiting people to take out a paid Silver membership and cancel it shortly afterwards — whether you pay for their membership, reimburse them, or arrange it between you — in order to build referral credit, points, Winner Coins or a claim to this prize, is a serious violation of these Rules. So is creating, controlling or coordinating accounts other than your own. A member found doing this will be permanently banned from Winner’s Circle and will forfeit every point, Winner Coin and Play Coin on the account, along with any prize or claim to a prize, whether or not the milestone appeared to have been met.
By taking part you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed transmissions, scoring errors caused by third-party game software, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control that affects the operation of the promotion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release the Sponsor from any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including all travel.
The Sponsor is not affiliated with, and this promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, any cruise line, airline, car rental company or travel provider.
8. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
9. Winner’s name
To request the name of the winner, write to Game Colosseum LLC, 1200 Riverplace Blvd, Suite 105 #1489, Jacksonville, FL 32207, within ninety (90) days of the prize being awarded.

Information collected from members is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
