Under this subscription, “you” The Subscriber is entitled to the following benefits:

Access to all games.
Priority access to new game releases.
Access to discounts/ coupons or specials at different provided local businesses.
Discount entry to monthly tournaments/events.
Coin Share benefits: Sharing WC coins with friends.

By signing up for membership with Winners Circle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership:
Winners Circle offers multiple tiers of engagement, including Free, Bronze, Silver, and Limited Gold memberships. Each tier grants access to varying levels of services, benefits, and community engagement.

Contests and Prizes:
Members may participate in free contests at their own discretion and stand a chance to win cool prizes. All contests are governed by specific rules outlined by Winners Circle within each specific game.

Cancellation:
Members have the freedom to cancel their accounts at any time by submitting a written notice or entered manually through your profile . No refunds will be issued for partial months.. Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled effortlessly. To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to your dashboard, access Account Settings on the left-hand side, and proceed to cancel or modify your subscription.

Services and Support:
Upon signing up, members are entitled to receive the services and support listed on their individual membership tier. Winners Circle is committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members.

Data Deletion:
In accordance with our commitment to privacy, members can request the deletion of their data at any time. Simply contact our support team for assistance at info@play.winnerscirclecash.com.

Changes to Terms:
Winners Circle reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through our website.

Auto-Renewal:
This subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in writing or canceled manually through your profile at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Non-Transferable:
Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another individual.

Suspension/Termination:
The Arcade reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription for misuse, violation of rules, or inappropriate behavior on the premises.

By checking the box on the registration form, and agreeing to these terms, “You,” the Subscriber, acknowledges that Winners Circle, Game Colosseum LLC, and all its subsidiaries are not gambling, nor are we gambling platforms. “You” Subscriber agrees to participate at their own risk and releases Winners Circle Arcade from any liability. By using the services provided by Winners Circle, you acknowledge and accept these terms of service.
